A graduate of Rochdale & Brighton Colleges of art I spent several years working as a printer before going straight in a nine to five job taking photos and painting as more of a hobby although I have taken part in several exhibitions during Brighton Festival. I am now semi-retired giving me more time to concentrate on my photography. I am particulary interested in Photographing graveyards and have been working for some time on producing a book on this subject.
I like to work in both black & white & colour and remember as a student lugging around two camera bodies, one loaded with black & white film and one with colour. Nowadays I can do both from the same camera. Mind you I often end up still carrying two cameras so no real saving there...
